Do you use ON24 for evergreen or automated webinars? I’m working on building a new program and curious to know if anyone does this already and how they do it.
After we run a live webinar, we run them on demand in marketing and follow-up emails. We stress you can submit a question at any time and try not to lead people’s expectations to a Q & A at the end. Then at the end, we do a wrap, pause and then get into Q & A so we have a chance to edit start and stop times within ON24. And, of course, we direct questions that come in on demand to the appropriate person.
